If you have a quality control team it can now be part of your operations team, without any conflicts of interest. Their work will be audited along with the rest of the operations by the outsourced QMS management team. Furthermore, by doing cross-training you can adjust the ratio of QC to Operations in your team accordingly to match the requirements or changing conditions.
All this is possible because ISO 9001:2015 removed the need for a management representative, so you can streamline your operations.
